My return was accepted, but I still had to chase them twice before anything actually happened. I don’t have a lot of trust in customer service when they say they’ll take care of it, and this didn’t really change my mind. I did get my refund in the end, but it was slower and more annoying than I expected.

I tried a few of these flavors in cakes and cookies, and they just didn’t come through after baking. They smelled strong in the bottle, but the taste ended up being weak and kind of off. I was hoping they’d be good for my bakery stuff, but it felt like a waste of money...

I was disappointed with this. The bottles are way smaller than I expected, especially for how much they cost. I don’t mind paying more if something feels worth it, but this just didn’t. I was excited to try it, so it was kind of a letdown in the end.

I went on lorannoils.com because I wanted to grab a few flavors, it felt more annoying than it needed to be. I don’t really want to spend extra time hunting around for basic stuff, but I kept having to click through pages and wait on things that felt slow.
Checkout was fine enough, so I did get through it, but the whole experience felt clunky to me. It wasn’t terrible, but if I’m shopping online, I’d rather it be quick and easy instead of feeling like I’m doing extra work

I ordered from LorAnn Oils because they had a few flavors I just could not find anywhere local. The little bottles are nice for testing things out, especially if you’re not sure you’ll like a flavor, but wow, they run out fast, fast if you bake more than once or twice.
I do wish they had more middle-size options. Some flavors seem to go from tiny tiny bottle to a size that’s way more than I need. Overall it’s not a bad site, I’d order again, but the bottle sizes could definitely be a bit easier to work with

I used this for a batch of hard candy and the flavor got really weird after cooking. It completely threw off the whole batch, which was super frustrating. whoever runs this needs to test it better for candy-making because this was a waste of time and ingredients.

I was about to order from LorAnn Oils, but the prices just felt way too high for what I needed. Once I added a few things to my cart, it was literally not worth it for me anymore. I ended up finding similar items cheaper somewhere else, so I just skipped it. The products might be totally fine, but the pricing turned me off from buying

My order arrived in a thin box with hardly any padding, and one of the bottles was just kind of loose in there. The cap must’ve opened a bit during shipping because it leaked all over the inside, which was frustrating, though I guess these things can happen sometimes.
The smell was really strong when I opened it, and the labels were sticky and smeared from the leak. I had to clean off each bottle before I could even use them, which wasn’t the best first impression, but thankfully the bottles themselves weren’t completely ruined.

It just felt like the order was packed a little too quickly and could’ve used more care. I was disappointed, although I do understand shipping can be rough and maybe this was just a one-off.

I’ve ordered these a few times now and most of the bottles have been totally fine. One of my orders did take longer than I expected, and I’m guessing they might’ve been backed up or short on stock or something, but I don’t really know. Overall, I’d probably still order again.

Couldn’t really figure out what was safe for my kid. Kept looking for clear allergen info, but it was confusing and kind of a mess...

I ordered some flavor oils for a small baking order and just assumed they’d get here that week like it said. Then the tracking basically froze for days, and my first reaction was, great, now what am I supposed to do?

I emailed them and got a vague response, and by the time the package finally showed up, it was too late to use. The products might be fine, but I can’t risk depending on their shipping again.

It’s not bad customer service, but they could definitely be quicker and more upfront next time

I ordered few oils and one of them leaked all over the package. The cap didn’t seem sealed good, and there was oil on everything. I lost some product and whole box was sticky, which was really annoying to clean up. Not great experience, so I probably won’t order again

The bottle seemed to say one thing, the website made it sound a little different, and I was still left guessing on how much to actually use. I’m sure I followed it as best I could, but the batch came out way too strong and had to be tossed. It just feels like the usage info should be much simpler and more consistent. Probably won’t order again.

I was considering ordering from lorannoils.com, but something about the brand didn’t really make me feel confident. I’ve ordered from smaller or unfamiliar sites before and usually I can tell quickly if things seem legit, but this one just felt a little off to me. Maybe other people have had a good experience, but I didn’t feel comfortable enough to go through with a purchase. I’d rather spend my money somewhere that feels more reliable...

I expected a decent variety, but there were actually a lot more choices than I thought there would be. It was nice to have options, but it felt a little overwhelming trying to pick...

The flavor is definitely strong, maybe even a little stronger than I expected. Like, it’s not the kind of thing you barely notice in the background, it really stands out. I could see it being great if you want something bold, like in a smoothie, mixed into yogurt, with oatmeal, or even just on its own if you like intense flavors. For me, it was good, just not totally perfect. Kind of like when coffee is a little too dark, or a sauce has a bit too much garlic, or candy is just one notch too sweet. Still enjoyable, but I wouldn’t say it’s exactly my ideal balance.
